If you place your order on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 14:00, we aim to process it the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has left our distribution centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking details.

If your order cannot be delivered to the provided address, the courier may try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours or take it to a pickup location. In both cases, the update will be visible in the track-and-trace information.

If you already know you will not be home at the indicated delivery time, you can usually adjust your delivery preferences through the link in your track-and-trace email.

Important Information

Orders to the UK are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

If you place your order before 14:00 on one of these days, we will do our best to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped on the next shipping day.

Orders to Switzerland are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday.

Have you still not received your package a week after shipping?

Please check whether it was delivered to your neighbours or taken to a pickup location. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team.

All products are insured by O’Neill until the moment of delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged on the outside at the time of delivery, we kindly ask you to refuse the delivery.
