Is your jacket ready to meet the end of its life cycle? 

How do I send the O’Neill Biofield Jacket back to O’Neill, if I want the jacket to be biodegraded*? 
O’Neill Europe offers all EU consumers the option to send their O’Neill Biofield Jackets back to ensure the proper disposal and biodegradation of the jackets.
After using your jacket for a few years, we ask you to contact us via the contact form on
uk.oneill.com to request a label to post the jacket.
Unfortunately, this service is not available for consumers outside the EU.

What happens with the product when I return it?

We will store the returned product in a predefined warehouse until it is then dispatched to a facility where the jackets will be biodegraded* in a responsible controlled environment. We will collect multiple jackets over time before sending them to be biodegraded*.

Will I receive my money back, upon sending the jacket back to be biodegraded*?
We are thrilled that you are making an effort to support our drive for change in the industry by sending your O'Neill Biofield Jacket back to us for proper end-of-life processing after years of enjoying the jacket. You will not receive a refund on the product when you send it back for end-of-life processing.

What happens if I return the wrong jacket?

We will investigate the best option to dispose of your returned product.
