Sometimes a package cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse. Once we receive it, the order will be checked and processed like a normal return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to resend returned orders from our system. If you still want your items, this can be done by placing a new order on our website.
Our system automatically applies a return fee to all processed returns. Our warehouse cannot exclude returns for packages that were returned to the sender. However, we are happy to help you with a refund for this fee through a manual request. You can claim the return fee (€2.99) by contacting us via our contact form.
