You can register your return via the Online Return Portal and include a note stating that you received a wrong item.
Once our warehouse has received your return, a refund will be processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to resend items from our system. If you still want your items, this can be done by placing a new order on our website.
Our system automatically applies a return fee to all processed returns.Our warehouse cannot exclude returns caused by receiving a wrong item. However, we are happy to help you with a refund for this fee through a manual request. You can claim the return fee (€2.99) by contacting us via our contact form.
