I have not received my confirmation emailUpdated 3 hours ago

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder as it may sometimes end up there. You should normally receive the confirmation within two hours of placing your order.

If you have not received a confirmation email within this time, your payment is likely still pending and the order has not yet been confirmed. In this case, we recommend checking your bank statement, PayPal account, or credit card overview to see whether the payment was completed.
