How do I return my order?Updated a month ago
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
A €2.99 return fee applies to returns from all EU countries (excluding the UK). This fee is automatically deducted from your refund.
We aim to reduce unnecessary returns and their environmental impact. To help keep return rates as low as possible, we provide clear product descriptions, multiple images, and consistent sizing to help you choose the right product the first time.
Return Process: Register your return via the Online Return Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. After registration, you will receive a QR code or barcode to print and attach to your parcel.
- Packaging: Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the original bag or box.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in brand-new condition with original tags attached. Washed, worn, or items with removed tags cannot be refunded.
- For hygiene reasons: Swimwear for women and girls must have the hygiene seal intact.
- Exchanges: O’Neill does not offer direct exchanges To get a different size or item: Return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Are Delivery Charge Refunded?
Full Order Returns: If you return your entire order, the original delivery charges will be refunded in full.
Partial Returns: If you are only returning some items from your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return is received at the warehouse, it can take up to 21 working days to process. (30 working days for UK & CH customers)
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Keep in mind that it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are always processed via the original payment method.
Important Information
In case you have paid with Klarna, please pause your invoice via the Klarna app or https://app.klarna.com/login/. Once we have processed your return, the invoice will be updated automatically.
If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
Our warehouses do not have the same address as our headquarters.
